I am ready to meet the translation needs of enterprises around the world in the fields of investor relations, real estate, contracts and patents, as well as pharmaceuticals and clinical trials.

• Short turnaround on small- to medium-sized projects (300-5000 words)

• Longer projects (>5,000 words) accepted with a suitable time-frame

• Client’s prior document versions may be leveraged for cost savings using SDL Trados software

Translation and Updating

You send me a Word, Powerpoint, Excel or PDF file in German, Italian, Dutch, French or Spanish. I personally translate it fully and accurately into clear English in a file layout identical to or closely resembling your original file. Then I send the translated file back by email or using whatever secure file transfer system you prefer.

If your source document is an update to a previous document that you are happy with (e.g., an annual report with similar text from year to year), and if you can provide the prior source and target documents, then I will use them to preserve your preferred wording and adapt my style to match. My charge for the project will be adjusted down to reflect translation of only the updated text.

PDF to Word Conversion

If you want to try your luck with machine-translation software, I also offer the service of converting your source-language PDF to a fully editable source-language Word file, with all sentences and other meaning units intact (and correctly spelled).
